Please inspect shipment contents promptly for any discrepancy. Claims must be received by fax 212.575.0483 or e-mail sales@dessousnyc.com, within five days of receipt of goods. All returns require a return authorization number. Returned merchandise may be exchanged or credited towards future orders. Refunds only on goods which are found defective upon receipt of shipment.
